Thermoset Granulated Media

Non-abrasive granulated plastic blast media is available in five distinct hardnesses and density categories and in precise size ranges. Sizes range from .066 inches to .006 inches with "Special Sizes" available. Common uses are Mold Cleaning, Paint & Coating Removal, Screw Cleaning and many others.

Engineered Thermoplastic Media

Tremendous impact strength allows higher wheel speeds and, as a result, the speedy deflashing of molded rubber, plastic and diecast parts.

Tumbling Media

Nylon tumbling media are non-abrasive and very durable medias that are mixed with rubber parts in a cryogenic tumbler in order to aid in the deflashing of the parts. It is also a media type that is ideal for reducing the deflashing cycle times.

Hard Abrasives

Glass bead and Aluminum Oxide are ideal for low cost abrasive blast cleaning Applications include: general cleaning, preparing surfaces for bonding, deburring and removing heat treat scale.

Agricultural Media
